I usually melt a hole in the cup with a soldering iron I got in the Walmart auto department for about $5.00. Some people use a dremel or drill. I either use the lanyard lacing and beads or a plastic link and just hook it to the cage or on some plas

When I wash their pouch and fleece items, I always put one "stinky" blanket in the clean pouch so that they still have a little bit of their scent in there. Then I just trade it out for a clean one a day or two later.
