Not literally(well in a way yes), but I mean, how far do you handle her? Do you walk around the house with her in your shoulders? Can you bring her in public places like malls, awake, without straying/wandering? Can others touch them? Just wanna know, cuz Im fairly new and still bonding. Just wanna know how far can you be with them. BIG THANKS!

Not sure if you are talking about joeys here or just adults … but with adults it depends on the glider, when ever I go out of the house I always have my gliders in a zipper secured bonding pouch… and if I am with people I know I may chose to show my gliders!...

The ones that I raise from oop in my home are the ones that I trust to be "bra babies" and can take them any where and every where during the day. They never come out except for a rare but occasional peek out to see what is going on.
I never take them though when I think I will be out after dark and I also ALWAYS have an emergency pouch in my purse just to be safe.
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid sideways, chocolate in one hand, martini in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming WOOOO HOOOO, WHAT A RIDE!!!

I have a pair of adults that are going on 4 years old that I can take just about anywhere...I am currently at work with Seth...sometimes have have both Seth and Sasha...It depends on the level of bonding and what I know they can handle ... And I always have a pouch and snacks handy. I hope to bond this well with my new WF and her little man. It takes time and patience to get them this way but it is well worth the effort!
Be the kind of person your dog thinks you are.

My baby is bra bonded and comes to work with me every day and is with me all weekend. The only time she is in her cage is when I'm going to bed. I play with her at night for a long time too. She is the sweetest little girl now. I always have a pouch that I can secure her if need be. But she's usually just content to sleep in my bra. I bring her to the grocery store, out to eat, everywhere. Of course this is usually during the day when she is sleepy. If it were later towards the evening when she starts waking up she would be in her pouch just in case (for the out in public places). My co workers love her, they get to see her once in awhile and offer her some of their fruit sometimes. I dont show her often just because I dont want to disturb her while she's sleeping. But if she wakes up and wants a midnite snack or something then I'll show her off.

Hollys pretty tamed to me and i will walk around my house at night with her either on my sh oulder or on my back sometimes she jumps on my plants but she gets scared and runs back to me. YOu jsut gotta earn that little bit of trust just put them wherever you want them to be and do it in a small scale place and treat em soon they will just stay

DB is offended if he doesn't get to spend the day in my shirt, and Rocket is quickly getting there. He loves my bra and won't let DB in most of the time. Bucky and Miri ride in a zipper pouch when they go out with me, because Miri tends to be Adventure Glider.

My bra baby COULD go with me anywhere. As far as straying, any animal will do that given the wrong circumstances such as a startling noise or another animal. He stays on my shoulders here at home unless I let him glide or jump somewhere and he comes back to me when called. I would NEVER ever take him outside without him zipped tight in a pouch though. Too much risk involved and I would die if anything happened to him. Birds, cats, owls or other animals could grab gliders and be gone that fast.
Nope, no one is allowed to touch any of my gliders cept my husband and one friend who doesn't live close to me. I don't even tell 99.9% of people that I have them. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Well Xander and Karma are both VERY bonded to me. (Sometimes it shocks me how much they love, trust, and feel safe with me. It's so very touching.) But I keep them both in a secure pouch outside, or anywhere in the house where they can be hurt. Karma is very bonded but she is also fearless and very curious. Xander is just a baby and will clutch to me for dear life.... but I wouldn't take the chance. And others touching them, it depends. All and all they are both very sweet, but I have noticed that there are some people they will not let touch them. They both refuse to let my uncle touch them (but I can't blame them). Xander will let older people touch them, Karma will let almost anyone touch her. I tried to socialize them but... sometimes they just don't like someone.
It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it.
The aim of education should be to teach us how to think rather than what to think.
The difference in involvement and commitment is like a ham omelet. The chicken was involved. The pig was committed.
