We have 2 female gray gliders and 1 male buttercream and they have been living together for over a month. We think atleast one of the girls is now pregnant because in the past week or so her behavior has changed and she has become a bit nippy. Any ideas what caused the change? Could she be pregnant?

some females personalities change, but that isn't a for sure way to tell if she has joeys ip or not. I would lightly rub her belly.. give her a mealworm or a treat that she likes and while she is distracted sneak your finger under her belly and rub! If there is a little pea sized lump or larger then she has a joey or 2

that some times happens if they are scared. I usually do it during the day while they are not really awake and give them a treat to confuse them even more.

[:"green"]If you hold her on your chest, you can gently lift her forelegs away from your body with one hand & feel her belly with the other. If she is nippy with you, you can always put her inside a pouch and wait until she turns around so that her face is buried in it, then you can wrap the pouch around her leaving just her lower half exposed & check her belly then...

[:"green"]Vicky,
Sugar gliders are actually pregnant for about 16 days while the joey is in the uterus. Then, the joey will be born immature & move up to the pouch, where it will remain for about 70 days...
For more information on the breeding cycle of gliders, you can read THIS.
