I have a rather simple question about feeding dishes. I know that with dogs if you use plastic bowls their little noses turn pink (it's some kind of reaction, I've seen both my dogs loose pigment in their nose) I was wondering if anything simular happened to suggies and if there was a better type of feeding dish?
Or is this one of those "do what you think is best" situations that my worrisome little mind won't let go of?

Really? hmmmm, might explain the pink dog noses around here! LOL
Our suggies have the long plastic divided bird trays so I fit the Leadbeater's on one side, fruit and veggies/licky on the other. (less to wash at night) We also have crocks for nectar and those cute fruit things for daytime snacking. So, looks like everything is plastic or a type of plastic here! Noses are kinda pink but always have been.

I've never heard that one about plastic before. LOL I use stainless steel for dogs and sugs both.
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid sideways, chocolate in one hand, martini in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming WOOOO HOOOO, WHAT A RIDE!!!

I use ceramic and stainless steel bowls. The only reason I stoped using plastic was they were chewing on the rims and I worried about bacteria etc.
