Hello Fellow Utahns!

Next Spring I am 99% sure that I'll be doing an internship for 8 weeks in Wyoming, but they don't allow pets <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crying.gif" alt="" />. Is there anyone near SLC that might be willing to glider-sit two sweet little girls? It would either be from the beginning of January to the beginning of March, or the beginning of March to the end of April (I'm not sure yet <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/nixweiss.gif" alt="" />). What would you charge? How many gliders do you have? PM me if anyone can help! Thanks!

My babies and I live in Orem. I have 3, though care for 4. The 4th is a rescue and living at my parents house in Orem (my contract is specific for THREE and only 3 fuzzbutts) and I am caring for her till I can find someone to love her permanantly.

My girl Epiphany came from local breeder Rebecca, Lilo was from Elisabeth. My boy Heber was a rescue who had had 3 or homes since his birth in Texas. I love my babies more than all the world.

I would love to meet up with other sugar mamas and sugar daddies but looks like that yahoo group is defunct. Should we start another one?

I have had my baby BamBam for almost two years(got him from that <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/evil.gif" alt="" /> mall lady) but things worked out after I found xfilefan and she straightened me out on a lot of things. HORAY <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/yelclap.gif" alt="" /> for XFILEFAN <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/muchlove.gif" alt="" />. LOL. Anyway, we are starting plans for another Utah Get Together. Have a couple of people looking for places and then we will go from there. I am thinking maybe instead of Feb we need to look in March since it is so close to Feb now. What do you think? Well hi ya all. It is nice to see so many of us here. I'd love to go to a get together. I have three Gliders Suggie, Jaxon, and a babay without a name cuz he is for sale. He is a sweetie though.

We are looking for a place to have another get together. If anyone knows of a place that we can please post so we can get in contact with them and make arrangements.

I dunno where it's best to put this stuff, so I'm hedging my bets and posting this info here as well.

I talked to the church; they're going to check to see if they have the room I mentioned before available for either the 11th or 18th of March.

Now the DOWN SIDE is that they really don't want any animals in the building, and I don't really want to make them mad since my mom dose so much Girl Scout stuff with them, so I'm not willing to lie to them about people bringing their gliders with them; so if we use this space the gliders would have to stay home. (I'm going to try to talk to them a bit more about it, but I don't think they're going to change their minds.)

The other place I thought of is going to be too expensive to rent, so that's out. So please everybody let me know what you think about this first option since I told the lady that I'd get back to her in the next day or so. Thanx.

You could try telling them that they'll be in pouches on their people, sleeping, and not running around. I know most like to bring their babies for things like this. The best place to discuss this might be in Glider Talk...more are likely to see it there. welcome! You can never do enough research. I have owned gliders for almost 4 years now and I am still learning something new every day!

Hi Everyone, If you look on Special Events for Utah you will see that I am volunteering to have another get-together at my house soon. This is Kathy Fellows and the last one was so much fun, I think everyone will agree it was very educational and was so great to meet everyone that we chat with on-line. If we want to use the pool and jacuzzi it will have to be late April early May, otherwise we can have a general get-together now and another one in July. How's it sound? Can't wait to hear back from all the friends I made at the get-together and meet new ones!

Hi, I am also from Utah and there are tons of rescues out there if you are interested. I have four and they were all rescues. I think they take a little more patience than a joey, but they do eventually love you. Please look on KSL.com classifieds, there are lots of them to choose from.
