Want an inexpensive solution to clean/disinfect your cages and make them smell good, all at the same time? Cage cleaning solution for Sugar Gliders: Vinegar cleaning solution with Eucalyptus scent 1/2 cup distilled white vinegar 1/2 cup water 12-24 drops of eucalyptus essential oil This will make 8 ounces, so multiply the ingredient amounts as needed to fit the size of your spray bottle. This is a 1:1 ratio of vinegar to water. Eucalyptus Cage Cleaner

I've heard a lot of people leave the vinegar on their cages. I was rinsing mine off for a long time, but the smell never got any better. Leaving it on to dry seems to help the smell more.
