I am from Howard Lake, MN. I live on a lake about 45 miles west of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. I don't know anyone else who owns or breeds sugar gliders in Minnesota. Yes, it does get cold outside, but it's always warm inside!

Hello Mag:

I noticed you posted looking for a breeder in Minnesota. The only breeders that I have found are: Wendy Rohan in Duluth, MN e-mail []Arkcessories@yahoo.com[/] & phone 218-729-0019. She is a USDA Licensed breeder. I bought a couple of my gliders <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/littleglider.gif" alt="" /> from Aaron @ Twin Cities Reptiles, they are very very hand tamed and sweet as can be. She does breed them also. The number there is 651-647-4479.

Good Luck in your search, hope this information helps. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

It is very hard for some reason to find sugar gliders in minnesota. I have found Mason Marsupials in Mankato and have a female on hold right now. I made her a website for a discount. http://misscreant.europe.webmatrixhosting.net/masonmarsupials/index.html
And could offer the same service to others.

If any one has any information on where to find a female sugar glider joey in minnesota, excluding arkcessories and mason marsupials, please share!

By the way I am from Andover tounge

eek, did you bother testing this with any browser but IE? Looks terrible, and being that IE is warned against being used by the government, it wouldnt be a bad idea to make it work with other browsers.

HI everybody. I got my 3 gliders from Aaron at @ Twin Cities Reptiles in St. Paul, they are very very hand tamed and sweet as can be. She does breed them also. The number there is 651-647-4479. I stopped in around 9/15/04 and she had several older gliders for sale and a baby joey (boy) for sale. Hope you have luck. Oh also can anybody tell me of a good vet in the twincities for Sugar Gliders. I was going to the one in Golden Valley, but she moved to Montana. The clinic said that they are trying to get someone to take care of exotics. I have not heard back from them. Thanks

HI! My name is Kari and I am from Sartell, MN (about 5 miles north of St. Cloud). I have 2 females and 1 male. I bought my male and female glider from Tammy Mason in Mankato and my other female in Duluth from someone who couldn't care for hers anymore. I plan to breed in the near future. Take Care! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wave.gif" alt="" />

Hi, my name is Colleen. I currently live in Winona, MN and I have 1 female named Luna and soon will be adding to the craziness of my females rule household! I frequent the Twin Cities and my gliders are from IL and IA because I couldn't find an MN breeder when I was originally looking. Hoping to make some in-state connections!

Hey everyone! I'm from Columbia Heights-5 min north of Minneapolis.
The only vet I know of in the area that cares for suggies is:
http://www.cedarpetclinic.vetsuite.com/default.asp

I have not been there yet though.

My colony of babies:
Wickett and Winda
Chukha(wfb) and Cheirpa
and Kneesha(wf)

Cedar is pricey, but very good (for hedgehogs at least). I seem to remember that theur estimate for neutering my male (Cooper) was somewhere around $270. However, it is always good to hear from more suggie guardians!

Como Park Animal Hospital has a cost around $200 to neuter.
St Francis Animal Hospital in Roseville no longer offers services for sugar gliders.
