I am wondering I have heard often from various sources to clean the pouches, ropes, bridges all that stuff. Im wondering If I was her pouch and"blankets" with my scent, doesn't that effect the scent? I washed hers and she wasn't as "willing" to crawl in and take a nap as usual. When I wash all of her fabric items should I only do a couple at a time so she still has something with the scent she is used to?

You can wash her items in different cycles so that she always has the scents she's used to around. But she'll have to use the new laundered items as well to re-scent it.
