I wouldn't use anything that wasn't FDA compliant. The mesh you have the link for is non compliant and could be toxic to your sugar gliders.

The hole width on the product description is 0.75 inch which means a glider could either squeeze through it - or get their head through and become entrapped in the mesh. The black plastic hardware cloth sold in the garden section at Lowe's or Home Depot has 1/2 inch holes and is safer for making glider cages or toys.
