You really can't because they do love the freedom to run, jump, play and at some point even glide
You must make sure the room you are in is a safe place for them to be with no hiding spaces you cannot get to or find them.

It takes time and if this is in the evening, your glider is wanting to play and explore. Start with a bonding pouch and slowly work to your bra or pocket.

I have found that when they are on my shoulder, I constantly sway. This way they can't get good balance to jump from.
