Never LOL I am already wanting a girl for Stuart and would eventually LOVE to have four to make it an even number. They are like potato chips, can't have just one.

I got my first pair, I could have been happy with just the two of them, but couldn't stop thinking of one or two more, lol. Anyway, ended up finding a lone male needed cagemates and new home, so now I have a trio. I'm happy to stop here, but every now and then, I wonder how a quad would work, haha. I think I should stop at trio though, with my current financial circumstances which have changed since I started.

Haha! Cant stop.
Yeah investigating the possibility of picking up some joeys from TPG, but for the moment, the two I have is a handful.
And I am now not sure if they may be pregnant. I am also not sure of their lineage...what if these two are too closely related frown

Well, if they are CONGRATULATIONS Grampy, if they are too closely related that is not good, however lets just hope they are healthy and happy when born. And then perhaps getting them into counseling so that it doesn't happen again, or maybe just getting the male neutered, Yeah that is a better Idea, scratch the first one.

Ok...so...displaying my ignorance here. Or maybe my disbelief, but...
In some people's sigs, if I am reading this right. Some of the hardcore folks have as many as...17? More?

I rescue, so my numbers fluctuate all the time. My personal gliders are: Widget, Mr. Spock, T'Pring, T'Pol, T'Mir, Elizabeth, Curzon, Emony, TJ and Guinan.

The sanctuary gliders are: Panda, Gadget, Romeo, Juliet, Pebbles, Ryan, Ty, Pappy and Flower. Most of these gliders are geriatric or have other issues and I won't place a geriatric glider or one with issues into a home where they could die the next day because of age or create other problems. It isn't fair to the person adopting.

I currently have 3 available for adoption: Springer, who needs to go with boys only as he beats up on female gliders; Sebastian and Remi, two boys that are a year or under. All rescues and sanctuary gliders that come in are neutered if they are intact males and then they are evaluated for adoptability.

So right now I am at 22 gliders and when my friend comes to visit with her 15+ (she has a joey not quite oop), we have 37+ gliders in the apartment and 5 parrots.

we started with one, but found out its best to live in groups so we had 2 (original cagemate) by the end of week. after some months we got 2 females to go with our 2 males.
Now we just got 2 more females. I only hope the introductions are as smooth as the first time. We haven't even named the new ones. They look alike so I want phee and phee. so I can just call them phee-phee.

Thanks Hutch, I am doing Star Trek, some of my former gliders names were: Kes, Ezri Dax, Odo, Montgomery 'Scotty' Scott, Lt. Cmdr. Worf, Jadzia Dax, Tobin Dax.

Sadly my favorites two went over the rainbow bridge too soon. That would be Gizmo and Cmdr. Charles 'Trip' Tucker III.
Gizmo was my first glider and Tucker was a gift from KarIn. We lost KarIn a few years ago to Melanoma cancer. I lost Tucker to Sarcoma cancer.

TJ is Tucker's only joey and he has given me some nice joeys. TJ is short for Charles 'Trip' Tucker IV.

Those are some of my all-time favorites shows, I own most the seasons on DVD.

I almost went with a Star Trek theme myself, but I wanted something European-ish since I'm living over here currently.

We have 9 now but I had over 11 in the house at one time with drop offs an pick ups I done for people not able to care for them I started another person into glider slavery in July of 2015 and as of this past weekend she up to 9 as well. I am always willing to take in a glider if needed cause I rather have many furry buddies than hear of one being left at a pet store or let loose
