My sugar glider is getting weaker...
Around 3 or 4 am yesterday, I noticed she had a wound near the base of her tail and was sort of lethargic. I applied Vetericyn to the wound and hand fed water and some honey. Her nose had lost color and her ears were down. I had her at the vets at 7am as soon as they opened but she wasn't seen until 8:30. They cleaned her wound - which we're still not sure if it's a bite wound or from an accident - and prescribed .1 ml amoxicillin 2x a day. (I've checked the cage and nothing stands out as suddenly being injurious. The only thing new is a nail trimmer insert. She's lived with her cage mates for the past 4 years without injury.)

Throughout the day I offered her water several times and she drank.

Since I was up all night and then all day, I crashed on the sofa with her in a bonding pouch on my chest for about 4 hours this evening. She's weaker and is showing no interest in her food. She did take her amoxicillin, more water, some papaya/pineapple juice, and a mango/rice cereal baby food - very little, using a syringe. She's back under my shirt in a pouch (is that TOO warm?).

What else can I do? Should I go get Pedialyte? (these are questions I asked the emergency vet last night at 4am when her level of lethargy already concerned me... Nobody knew). The other two gliders are showing no symptoms, so I can only attribute this to the injury she sustained.

She needs to be seen by a vet again. It is possible that she has a UTI or other infection that has caused her to chew on herself.

Most mating or dominance wounds are up on the back of the neck and shoulder area.

Under your shirt isn't too warm, keep pushing fluids, water is ok.

I would get her into an emergency vet for sub-q fluids ASAP.

OK. That was my feeling as well. I went to your links and it looks like there is one about an hour away that is open now.
I tried to tell the other vet today that usually bite wounds were around the neck area. I felt like she was admonishing me for having the audacity to have an injured sugar glider.

Thanks.
