Why thank you, Stef! Dawn (LadyMcGyver) makes fantastic castles if you are ever in need of one for your fluffies. Since it's finally summer, I decided to share a smoothie with Hari and Fevy... Fevy is such a poser. Nom nom nom nom... guzzling yogurt/smoothie/fruit juice together is their favorite thing. Little Ziggy would rather sit on his bum and sleep. XD I can't get over how funny his sleeping poses are. He also really loves looking out the window now that it's warm enough to have them open. He spends most of his time sitting on windows, staring out at the world. Small Ziggy update; a friend was kind enough to give Ziggy an air conditioner. :D So my little poofball will be nice and cool all summer long! Super excited... I'd been stressing about how he would do this summer. Now he can chinchill in peace.

My fluffies decided they all needed to sit on me at once. XD They even lined up from biggest to littlest - age-wise that is.

Apparently Photobucket updated their site and wants my monies now in exchange for sharing cute animal pics. Rude! :[ I'll have to find another way to upload pictures of my fluffies.
Dawn, watermelon is one of Fevy's top favorites. He ATTACKS it. He loves honey dew melon and cantelope too, but watermelon is definitely his favorite. I think it's funny how different suggies' tastes are.

Hey, if you figure it out, please let us know. I'm so disgusted with photobucket right now !!!! Mine love watermelon also. I've never seen them attack anything though, must be so adorable to watch!

*super late response is late... my thesis has been killing all my free time but the fluffies have been very supportive lap warmers*
Terry, from what I can tell, it looks like PB is no longer a free service you have to pay to subscribe which really sucks. :[ I gave up trying for now, but I'll probably switch to something else eventually. Quite annoying.
I'm with Hutch! Storm the castle and bury those suggie haters!

Random odd question of the day. This is probably better suited to the behaviors forum, but since it's just an observation and I'm not really trying to resolve it - has anyone ever had a glider that acted aggressive towards caged animals?
Never thought much of it, but Fevy's always had this weird quick where he'll suddenly swat or nip his siblings if they're in their cages (Hari has a crate that she sleeps in). My friend commented that Fevy suddenly got tense/stiff when I was showing her how excited Ziggy gets when I bring Fevy over. Zig was in his cage and pressing his nose at the bars, I was holding Fevy back. He won't be completely aggressive, but he acts like a cat when they get into that weird mode and suddenly b- slap you for no reason. He never crabs or gives a warning (which he typically does when he's annoyed - he's a really vocal, grumbly glider). Just gets a weird, tense manner and decides to slap them. When they're all outside, he's fine. I noticed years ago when I was petsitting suggies that he tried to attack them through their cage too. Makes me wonder if it's a territorial thing. Or just another quirk like his shoe obsession.
I swear, he's the sweetest cuddle muffin when they aren't in cages. He'll climb over just to give them kisses and clean their eye boogers. He lets them eat his food and snuggles up to them, making his little happy cooing sound.
... but part of me wonders if he has an inner serial killer that likes to pick on defenseless, trapped animals that can't fight back. Maybe this is how he keeps them in line because he's the smallest. :|

Yes, in the mammal world, I have seen this happen. Not specifically gliders, but cats, dogs, a pet monkey, and chickens (not mammal, but the prey ).

Dawn, now that I think about it, I've had dogs that would do this... it's like something inside them just snaps. XD
You had a pet monkey? :O Was it a little marmoset?

He was a squirrel monkey... His name was Little Joe... I was about 9 years old(1970). He was a mascot at a local gas station where I grew up. And needed a new home. It's a long story, but cute one.
Anyway, He was terrified of our chickens, dog and cat while in the cage, but out of his cage and on a leash, he showed no fear. They all turned tail and ran.

:O How adorable! Poor, little gas station monkey. I'm glad your family was able to adopt him. That's quite hilarious. You'd think it would be the other way around since the caged animals can't really hurt them.

Hahaha that's exactly it!
Ziggy is the complete opposite. He cries and paws at Hari's cage to try and free her. She hit him in the face once and I put her in time out. Ziggy went over and got all distressed, started giving her kisses through the cage. I told him she was in there for punching him in the face and he should be less forgiving. XD

Just a small sales pitch in my quest to make my pets internet famous. Since I haven't sorted out Photobucket, I have created a fluffy grey twitter account recently for all of the trio's adventures: https://twitter.com/FluffyGreyTrioPlz follow. Thank you.
