hello, i was hoping i could get advice about this issue- one of my sugar gliders is acting anxious/stressed today. he is 3 years old + male, and he’s been neutered. i’ve already bonded with him but he seems to be anxious today. he paces around the cage sometimes too which i heard could be a sign of stress

hes usually happy to be out of the cage but today he seemed uncomfortable and stressed.

he and my other sugar glider (coco) have a large cage and their diet mainly consists of peas, celery, chicken, blueberries, and sometimes mealworms. i also give them calcium supplements (with no phosphorus)

one thing that might be causing it is the house is hot (85°F right now while the air conditioner is broken) and im not sure if thats a concerning temperature.

let me know some ways to manage his stress and make sure he’s in the right environment

He could be bored. Does he have a glider safe wheel?

What kind of water source do you have? I would offer a small shallow dish of fresh water every day.

How long has he been on this diet?
