Well, I know many of you have been waiting for a very loooooooooong time for me to get back with the program and get more No Sew Instructions up on my site. So, this morning I MADE the time and put up the instructions for the No Sew Mesh Bridge. Now, I have NO IDEA who originally came up with the idea for this accessory... I know there are MANY, MANY people who make them or something similar... so although it's not my original idea, I just have no clue whom to give the credit to... Attached is a picture of my Bittah playing on the one I made this morning
Want to add that if you don't have any plastic chain, you can make the bridge the length you need and just use lanyard clips on the bridge to hook it to the cage.

Thank you for MAKING the time. Now, I wish you would post just how you MAKE time. I need that more than toys. I have toys everywhere...time....I have none of.
Seriously, you do a great service to those who don't sew. I think most of us wanna make our own stuff for our gliders but when you don't sew, it is very difficult.
I think it is really nice that you do take the time to upload instructions and pictures. You're a very special person.

I'm going to try that tonight but I had an extra thought on the weaving.
I'm going to take a pin, (the kind with the little ball on the end) put in thru the one end of the weaving fleece and weave it thru that way. It might be just a bit easier getting it thru those little holes in the mesh.
How many times will I stick myself? I'll let you know. LOL
Does anyone have a better idea than the pin???

I buy the swivel hooks with keyrings at Pat Catan's Craft store. I've also seen them at JoAnn's - they're in the jewelry making area in the section with the "findings".
I'm so glad everyone is enjoying the instructions. It does take quite a bit of time to take the pictures, then edit them to the right size, then to make them into a webpage with the instructions... that's why it's taken me FOREVER to get a new idea up... Thanks for all your patience... I'll try to get more of them done in the near future
I really appreciate that you put your no-sew ideas online! It's great for people like me who are on a budget and cant' afford to buy many toys but really love to spoil their suggies rotten with tons of toys!
My furbutts currently have your corner hammocks and I've made some vines based off of your site, and they are in love with them. Tanooki particularly likes to sit in her hammock while leisurely lapping up her BML

And a big thanks to you Suz. You have saved me so much money in this last year. Money I can save up to go to the next SGGA.
to both of you.

I agree this is great. I went out tonight and bought 3 yards of fleece to make some of your no sew projects. I am soooo excited. I can't wait to get my babies. I even bought a little cute toy animal to hang in the cage. It has no eye buttons or anything so I think it's safe. I am working the midnight shift tonight and I am a CNA so between bedchecks there isnt much to do. I plan on making some no sew stuff in my down time tonight. I am sure it will help me not fall asleep LOL!

I was looking for plastic chain everywhere but could not find any. I went into out Dollar General Store the other day and all of their stuffed toys are hanging from white plastic chain. I asked the lady if they sold it and she told me that all their stuffed toys came on the chain for display purposes. I now have an unlimited supply of white plastic chain for free. You might check a store by you for the same thing. Every penny I can save on one item is another I can use to spoil my babies with. B.Drewry
