Do any of you guys have vet recommendations in north-eastern Wisconsin? (Green Bay area). I'm bringing home my babies soon, and I'm looking for a GREAT vet to be their primary, non-emergency vet. We're in the Upper Peninsula. HELP ME! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Well I GUESS I can add to this. I have a cabin in Prairie Du Chein (sp?), about a half and hour south of LaCrosse. Most of my family lives in LaCrosse, a few of them live in Appleton. AngelDarkRose, I have a friend in Winona! LOL! This is neat =)

Ahhhh, Appleton! I would move back up to Appleton in a heartbeat if I could! Appleton is just a half hour from where I grew up but Appleton feels like home to me! Appleton is a nice-sized city, not too big like Milwaukee and not too small where you can't find everything you need. I have many friends and family up north, in the Appleton-Green Bay area.

Just a few days ago I started researching information on gliders, and I don't even own one yet, nor will I for at least another month or so (I want everything perfect before it comes home), and I already feel like I'm a part of this community. I can't wait for the chance to care for my own glider/s and meet the other glider owners in Wisconsin.

I was born and raised in Racine (below Milwaukee, above Kenosha) and I just moved out to Whitewater. I'm looking to make friends and it feels like I've just uncovered a new universe here. I would be stoked to meet glider lovers who live in the area, especially who could point me in the direction of a trustable breeder.

I breed gliders and I live just southwest of Milwaukee, just south of Muskego, in Racine County. My husband and I are longtime members of GC and we have 6 breeding pairs. In fact, we have some joeys available.

I would love to come and see them and learn more about handling them some time. I'm actually in Racine city visiting my family for the next few days, and beyond that it's about an hour's drive out to Racine county from my home. If you have some free time and feel like showing around a willing newbie, I would enjoy it no end. As long as you have no reservations about teenagers owning gliders (I am 18 and so still fit myself into that catagory).

Milwaukee here. Two wonderful brothers from CritterHill.

Named them Rudi (shy brownie) and Leo (out-going grey).

They are both doing well. Tent-time, dining on mealies and just enjoying their new digs.

Komut, glad you visit WI quite a bit!

Oh, those fresh cheese curds are the best, aren't they??? They are kept at room temperature and they are sooo fresh that they squeak! LOL Wouldn't have it any other way!
