Well I was sitting in the dark to get a good look at Snowflake's pouch, to see if any joeys had gotten in there because of the mating sessions that were going on... Suddenly I get a look at SUNSHINE and she has this little trail from her coclea to her pouch!!! Is this a licky trail? I don't know what they look like lol, does this look like the proof of joeys to come?

Looks like a licky trail to me. When Honey makes a licky trail she slobbers all over her pouch opening. Also, it's obvious she's trying to part her fur. There is usually a small, uneven from her cloaca to her pouch. I've seen them 3 times and those pictures are more or less what it usually looks like
...SUPRISE!

NO WAY!! Oh I sure hope its joeys and I sure hope everything goes alright. In the second picture you can see dark spots that kinda look like lumps but I am not sure if that is what it is... only time will tell!

Ooooh How exciting Jessie!! I know it will be awhile before they're oop, but if one is a white tip I want to know!! Kiwi's sister (who didn't make it) was a white tip, Kiwi is a normal grey and so are both her parents (Jenn's Aislyn & Alex).

Woohoo! Joeys on the way, be sure to keep us posted!!

Aww yes, I remember the little white tip joey that didn't make it, that was so heart breaking I am not sure if my trio will ever produce white tip babies since the gene is very tricky, but we know the gene will definitely be in their blood, no matter what colors they are! Now I am just hoping and wishing that the "trio" situation doesn't turn sour

Kiwi and I will keep our fingers crossed for you! Jenn was telling me about you trying to breed the trio last week, hopefully all will go well, we'll think good thoughts and not even mention negative possibilites!

Best of luck!! It is so exciting isn't it? I just love joeys and it is so hard to wait until they get here so we can play with them.

Here is a picture of Ushuaia just after she had given birth, in this picture you can clearly see the trail that she licked for the joey. By the state of your trail I would say that you missed the birth by 3-5 hours.
