I saw a post where someone's vet was able to get the pouch back in.

Here's her post:

You may need to see your vet to make sure there's no infection and/or to get the pouch back in.

I agree, she needs to see a vet ASAP, especially since she has joeys - you don't want to lose those babies. Get to the vet & please keep us posted. Also be prepared to supplement in case her pouch is sore.

You need to get to the vet as Tracie said to rule out an infection. Be prepared with a rejection kit on hand, just in case!

I just checked on baby to see if she has milk in her belly and she does. I think im just nervous about this. She does not have any bite marks on her and Munchie is taking care of her. dance She is nursing.

If her pouch is inverted she needs to be seen by a vet to fix the pouch and to check for and treat infection!

An inverted pouch doesn't mean she needs to see a vet, unless it is RED and inflamed looking... swollen also (but thats tricky if she is nursing). It is very normal for pouches to be inverted when a joey just came oop for a few weeks. She is just so stretched out that it is easy for the inside to come out.

Again, as long as the inside pouch is not red, swollen or inflammed looking... AND the joey has milk in her belly she should be fine. Do keep an eye on her though.
