WOW No one is from Bend but ONE PERSON! WOW, I guess this town is just too filled with flossy rich people who are too good for a loving pet like a glider! Oh well, we'll have to work on changing that!

Owned NOW by 4 Sug's Winston, Weston, Venita, and Vida and 2 dogs, Gresham and Sandy, and one little boy who has stolen my heart!

We are trying to plan/hold a West Coast Sugar Glider Get Away.... or gathering... we haven't come up with a name yet! I was hoping to get the news out to our neighbors in Oregon in hopes that maybe some of you would like to attend? There is a post in Special Events titled "WCSGGA" with all the info so far.

I live in Portland right now... But we have to move. After my daughter Cassidy is born we are moving to La Grande. I'm sad about leaving portland but I know I need to go somewhere new. Anyone live over in that area???

my grandma used to live in lagrande, she loved it. i guess the scenery around was beautiful.

probably moving to Corvallis (vet school)! What's it like there? Only been there once when I was younger, so I know it's beautiful, but what is there to do and such?

We have decided to move to Seaside OR. Yeah ok we are all over the place right now. We are moving to seaside because my fiance misses the beach, and I don't want my daughter growing up in Portland. Its not all its cracked up to be. A lot of bad things have been happening in this area lately, and I'm done with it all.

Hi everyone!!! I am from Salem, Oregon and I love my gliders to death. I would love to get together with someone in the area I can talk to about them since I have only owned my 2 babies for about a month and still have a ton of questions. Plus it would be nice to have someone understand. My co-workers seem to think I am crazy when I talk about tent time.

hello everyone, I had to pop in & see how many Oregonians were on here! & was blown away by how many of you are on here! I was born & raised in Oregon & OMG! I miss it so fiercly, some days its pathetic lol..I am a beach bum at heart & ache to taste & smell the salty oregon coast air..*SNIFF* ahhhh LOL! you all probably think I am nuts but OMG! I miss the air there!!!

We had to move to Kentucky in 04 for my hubbys Trucking job, but as soon as we get this darn house fixed up & sold ITS BACK TO OREGON WE COME! Ya just dont know how good ya got it! BEST place on earth!

when I do get back I gotta look you all up, its nice having connections & moral support building friendships!.. & hey before I go.......RELISH the fact you all have no HUMIDITY! there lol its a sauna here in the summer.. its suffocating LOL!

I am from Oregon also....I live outside of Portland between McMinville and Beaverton. the town is named Newberg. I have 2 suggies, both females. Princess Zola is 3 1/2 yrs old and is my rescue baby and I bought Trinity from a pet store, she is almost 1yr. anyone else in the area?

I live in Portland and am searching around for my first pair of Gliders. This is proving to be more difficult than I thought it would be.

ORsuggiemamma, what pet store did you get Trinity? Was it a good one? How did you rescue your first baby? And of course, the all important question, what vet do you go to? =)

i'm moving to corvallis and need a vet, i will go any where in the state. I need a good vet that knows what they're doing. I have Naruto and Sasuke, and they are with Val while Naruto is being nursed into sound health. Naruto has been very ill from the beginning, so it is detrimental that the doctor is very very experienced with ill sugars. I don't care where in Oregon, i've driven from Surprise, Az to Borger, TX; twice in a week. I will go any distance for them. So if you think your vet is up to it please give me their information. thanks.

When I lived in Medford, I went to Bear Creek Veterinary Hospital to Alice Seivers (formerly Davis), it's on Ashland Street in Ashland. She was AWESOME with my babies & was always excited to consult with experts across the country when I gave her their contact info. She did 7 neuters for me, all without a hitch - I LOVED HER!
