Well, First off I will start by saying that I got my 3rd glider this past weekend...I named her Rowg (x-men) she was a rescue...Anyhoo, I took Ava and Orion up with me (to Orlando) to get her...It was a weekend getaway. And while we were in the car ride up I turn to see Orions body halfway out of the cage []images/icons/shocked.gif" border="0[/] Fortunantly I saw him just in time to grab him and hold him in my shirt....He almost had a clean getaway.
Word of Warning....The cage was really made for a bird and the wire spacing was probably a little more than 1/2" but he managed to squeeze out...He is the only one though. I had my dad put extra wire around the cage to help keep them in, but for some reason that couldnt contain Ava...Every morning at 5am Ava would promply wake me up (by taking a run on my head!!!) Fortunantly My husband and I stayed in my moms room and shut the door...so she couldnt go far...but what if ava didnt come to me? I would have NEVER known that she was out. THANKFULLY my moms in room bathroom had the toilet seat lid down (thanks to me who HATES having the lid up...after reading many glider stories) because Ava had been playing in there before she woke me up
Anyway the moral to the story is to be careful what cages you get to carry your gliders in, They may look glider proof but sometimes they are not...Plus always double the safety and keep all toilet lids down and doors shut!!!
Needless to say...they NO longer have that travel cage

I have the 3 legged female. She is to cute! I named her Imbolc, which she is poking her head out when I say it. So I think she likes it.
We are not quite as far over here. She likes to be in the bonding pouch.. or I think she does. She ... purs.... And she will take a look out and then stare at me forever. And she will jump on me for several seconds then eat with my hand still in the cage and has not bit. lol but that is ok, I have all the time in the world. I am at home all day.
Tomorrow we are going to change her pouch and put in another that I have had on me for several days.
I am glad you are doing so well with Rowg []images/icons/smile.gif" border="0[/]

Im glad to hear about Imbolc, She sounds Very Happy I heard about her too...how she lost her leg []images/icons/frown.gif" border="0[/] poor thing. Im glad that she and you are getting along well...Im here all day too---With my gliders. Rowg is loving her new home. She is in her new pouch as we speak. She loves to run in her Wodent wheel (she did that ALL night). Well, Im glad that Imbolc now has a good home just like Rowg
