Hi, can someone help me. I am owned by two breeding pairs of furry suggies. One pair has two sets of twins and the other no kids right now. I am considering putting them all together in the same cage. I have no idea if this is a good thing or not, could someone please help!!

I don't think it is a good idea either. Your males will fight each other and so will the females. I woul leave them apart. www.freewebs.com/glidermom

I don't think so either, because the other pair might eat the babies, or stress out ur preggy and she might eat the babies.

I think it would be a totally bad idea. Two unrelated, un neutered males will most likely fight (and this could be a fight to the death) The Dad will feel he needs to protect his joeys and the other male will probably try to kill the joeys (part of natural selection) because they are not his. You would also probably have issues between the females because of the joeys too. You would do better keeping them seperate.

I could have missed the pain But I'd of had to miss the dance

Many thanks to you all, I kind of thought that this would be the case, but I wanted it confirmed by more knowledgable owners. * Fran * My owners are: Aussie, Mattie, Sid, Mel, Sheila and Billy. The new twins are not named yet. Cats: Wally, Ebony and Zeus. Hedgehogs x 6 Dormice: Alice and Lewis Love to hear from anyone in Dallas!
