I have a couple pieces of furniture, mostly my computer chair, that my babies love to run all over...and afterwards they tend to smell strongly of glider. I'd love to be able to spray with Febreeze after playtime...but I'm worried that it'll hurt them the next time they play. Anyone have any advice? Or know of any safer deodorizing sprays?

I can't answer your question but i would love to know the answer also. My mom just went febreeze crazy lol i think she just discovered the stuff. lol but anyways my room doesnt smell at all (at least i dont think so) but i used it once and it was only around the room(not on them and hardly near their cage). They dont play in my room but in the tent so they dont have direct access to the febreeze but i was wondering if it is dangerous just being in the air.

I don't know if its true or not but I remember hearing awhile ago that Febreeze has zinc chloride in it, which can dangerous to animals. Again, I don't know if its true or not...but maybe something to be careful of. Could be just rumours though, maybe I will do some research.

I was told by my vet that it is ok to use around my pets and that he uses it at home around his pets also. He too showed me this article and said it was a bad rumour!
