Hello gang. I need some advice. I am still learning the glider thing. I would like to think I am learning fast. I have a couple questions. I am a Mom to Aidan and about to be a Mom to Caylee. I am also taking in a rescue of 2 gliders. My question is this. When I have tent time, do I keep them all 4 together? Or do I do it in 2 seperate blocks as family units? Also, I keep Aidan in his bonding pouch with me all day at work, as I will do with Caylee. Should I take the other 2 with me as well? Does anyone bring multiple families to work?? I know I will be fine with everyone. These are just some questions I need addressed. Considering my husband and I don't have a life, lol, I have plenty of time to dedicate myself to the kids. I just want to make sure that I do it correctly! I appreciate all your advice on this matter, as well as all the others in the past. You guys are the best! Thanks again

Hi Shellie, first, congrats on all the new babies comin'. I currently have 11 family units and when it is tent time it is one family unit at a time. And when I go to work each family takes turns coming (accept when I am trying to introduce one family with another--and that's done slowly) I hope this helps some--I'm sure thare will be some others along to help too.
Donna and her Gang, Rose & Chester Rocky & Lil'Bit Roxy & Poppy EllieMae & Oscar (the Grouch ) KiKi & Eeyore & Kids Betty & Wilma Jasper & Jasmine Beetle & Sarge Neo & Trinity & Daughter Bonnie & Clyde Jessie & Clark & Kids Wow the list looks really long when it's in print(Lol) Oh well, I love each and everyone of them

ok, cool. That's what I was thinking, but had to be sure. I also like the idea of taking differant family to work everyday. I gotta have my kids at work, lol.

If you plan on trying to introduce them all into one family unit, I would see about getting a twin sissy pouch. I'm not sure if they would hold 4 gliders or not though but you could talk to Alicia (queenduck) about it. Also, if you are going to try to introduce them all together, it would be best if the males are both neutered. If you are going to keep them seperate, no problems there!

I think they will all have to stay as a seperate unit. Apparently there are 3 suggies. A male and 2 females. One female is going to StitchsMom and I am keeping the other 2. There is allot of concern of inbreeding due to the person we are getting them from doesn't know if the female is an offspring of the male and female or if the male is an offspring of one of the females. We thought it best to seperate them all. I have a game plan so everyone will have a partner and be happy with no worries. I guess when I think of all this info, I answered my own question, lol. I need to keep them all seperate units for tent time! I guess I'm having a blonde day. I just want to make sure I have all my ducks in a row before we get them home

I have to share. Usually tent time was in the bathroom. Well after work today I went and bought a tent. OMG! lol, Aidan was CRAZY He was bouncing all over the place. Keep in mind, this is the first time I have experienced this behavior with him. Needless to say, I learned to never look up during tent time. I took a face hug right to the eye. He scratced the &@*%#!@ out of it. I can hardly see out of the right, lol. Oh well, it was totally worth it. I luv my furrbutt more than ever. Have a good night all

Oh yes that has happened unfortunately more times than not. There were a few of us that were going to wear goggles for playtime. He He. My husband got a nail to the eye just a few months back. I felt so bad for him since he had stayed up late that night for playtime and then that sort of cut it short.

Yhea, I think I might get a pair of glasses for tent time. Man, it's the morning after and it still hurts. I just chuckle everytime I think about it. Also, I will have 3 more gliders by the end of the weekend! Oh my this should be fun, lol.
