Well, I just got my 2nd male today. He is nothing like my other male because when I got my 1st he didn't lunge and try to bite me! I tried to give him a wormie and he lunged, made a loud crabb and went to bite. Is this "bad" or just "normal". My first male was sweet and just a little scared and didnt bite me or crabb a lot. If it makes any difference my first male was one when I got him and this one is turning 2 in a couple months. I put my shirt on top of his cage and all that, but I'm afraid to have tent time in a few days because he seems mad. He started acting this way when we brought him home, he was ok in the car. Also, he has really thick black line under his eyes and i havn't seen a glider that has that thick of lines. He is definitly a big boy, he is atleast 2 times my glider, but my glider is a little under weight i think. Pic attached

Teri, i would let him settle into his new cage and home for at at least 24-48 hours he is just scared, i think it sounds very normal he just has to adjust to a new place, start with the licky treats and mealies and tent time after he is adjusted it may take awhile for him to bond because of his age (or maybe he will bond quickly) every glider is different, it just takes time and love and patience he will come around eventually... good luck, and congrats on your new baby!!

That picture is adorable! I'd say just from looking at that pic, he's definitely scared...
He's in a new environment with new smells, & his whole routine has changed, any & all of these can & will lead to aggressive behavior.

He is definitly a lot "nicer" then he was yeasterday. His cage wouldn't fit in the car, so we had to use a travel cage for the night, but we went to petco today and got him a cute cage and a few toys, so hopefully that will help him to see that we arnt going to hurt him. He also licked some yogurt off my finger(and my mom's and bro's)and some nectar. He ate ALL of his BML and I gave him 2 tbls. to see how much he would eat, he didnt eat his fruit though. I am going to try tent time on tuesday or tommorow. I also need to trim his nails, they are so long and he is getting caught on everything. He won't use his wheel either(my other glider will barely use his)so I guess i'll have to start leaving treats in here for him. He seems shy now, but he is doing a lot better than last night. I got a question, Is there anything I can do for him to not go in his pouch and eat? He goes out, grabs his food and eats in his pouch, the owner said he did it when he had him too.

try getting a little dark hide box or solid colored tupperware to use as a "glider kitchen, chances are he's scared and hungry and he would rather eat in his pouch where he feels safe and enclosed. i bet he just feels like he cant keep his guard up while he's out in the open eating... hope this helps.

I was thinking about ordering a FFF from kayla a few days ago.... But the owner did tell me that he has been taking the food in the pouch since he got him. This morning I went to let Benji (other glider) out so he could play and i didnt want to leave Gizmo (new glider) all alone and possibly get hurt or hurt my other glider. So I took him in the bonding pouch while he was asleep and just carried him around, after like 10 min. he came out and climbed on me for a few seconds, went back in the pouch and kept repeating 4 times. He also pees on me a lot more then Benji does for some reason and it smells a lot stronger even though he is neutered.
