Okay - so my little glider girls - Silk in particular hates to end tent time. How do I gather them safely and not scare them. Satin doesn't mind me to pick up her up and put her in a pouch ( that is if I can catch her) and Silk (she has only been with us for 5 days) hates me to pick her up and I feel like I am making her not trust me by trying to get her in a pouch to put her back in her cage. I have tried to put the pouch inside out and grab her that way but she makes a cry sound when I do, I feel like I am tormenting her. Does any one have any suggestions? I understand that she is new to me and she is scared but I do not want to scare her even more

I have the exact same problem you do. I can pick up Spandex and take him home, just not Sugar. I went to Wal-Mart and got one of those little plastic critter carriers for about $6. So, last night, I put Spandex in the carrier and took him to his cage. Then I went back to the tent and kind of herded Sugar into the carrier. I have to move slowly with her, otherwise she just jumps over the thing! But that seemed to work much better than the way I did it before. Much less trauma to all of us!

have you tried offering them their sleeping pouch... Generally if they are scared they'll go right into their sleeping pouch, even if not to just check it out (then just hold the top closed till you get them in your cage.
also, remember do NOT chase or try to grab them.. that will only teach them to be more afraid and run.

Try offering mealies in the critter keeper, and let them go in and out of it all during playtime so they won't think they automatically have to go back to the cage if they get in the critter keeper.

Turn the lights on all the way and offer them a pouch...may take a couple minutes, but they will choose the pouch thinking it is time to go to sleep again!!

So basically I need to allow them to come to me though - no grabbing and/or trying to get them

Yup, just let them come to you, or their pouch. Grabbing them, chasing them, etc. is just going to set you back in your bonding. You already got a lot of great advise on how to get them in and out so I would try some of those suggestions and see how they work for you.
