if by fleece boa you mean what I think you do.. you take 2 even rectangles, lay one on top of the other, and sew up the center longways, then cut strips down each side... (DH cuts them better then I do)

I'm not sure on the tunnels- I was planning on just making a long flat tube, but I've been trying to think of ways to make it stay open instead and coming up empty... I have the long rectangle and can sew the top shut.. but then it just hangs down... was debating putting something in the ends and maybe in the middle as well to hold it open...

Okay, I'll tell you what I did. For the boa, I took three pieces of fleece, say 36 x 4 inches (approx guess) I laid them on top of each other, and sewed two lines down the middle (I figured two was stronger than one) Then I attached a small piece of rope (got at Walmart in the sewing section, they have a ton of colors) and sewed it to the end. I enclosed the end of the rope with a few tight stitches, I didn't want it to start fraying. Also, when you cut the rope, I put a small piece of clear tape in it to hold it together until I could sew it, or it will unwind. I then cut small strips, say maybe an inch long down the entire length, being careful not to get too close to the center stitches.

When I made the tunnel, I already had the fleece. I cut out what size I wanted, and used some thick canvas that I got at JoAnn's Fabrics. It was like $2-3 a yard. It's fairly stiff, but you can still sew through it. I took two squares of fleece, sewed up three sides (right sides together) and then flipped it right side out. I cut a piece of the canvas a bit smaller than my seams, slid it into place, and sewed the last side shut. Then I connected the top to the bottom (I used two pieces of the rope so I could secure it to the cage) and sewed it shut. It stays open by itself, but is still flexible enough for the gliders to lay confortably in there. I'll post a couple pics so you can see. There might be eaiser ways, but it worked for me.

Hope this helps! I got the clips in the craft section at Walmart, they are lanyard clips.
