I just looked at the pictures you posted. He is a beautiful glider! He looks like he is close to his "Australian roots" as their native gliders look different than ours, and I see a strong "native resemblance" in your boy! Shorter nose. Thicker tail at the base - where it attaches to the body.

Also, in the pictures, I *might* see evidence that he is overgrooming his tail? Something to keep an eye on ....

yeah, he was sightly over grooming in that area, and thats why the vets gave me pain meds until tomarrow, just to be safe. his pom must REALLY be bothering the poor little guy.

He really is a beautiful boy! He resembles not only the "native" gliders, but also my own Stella Luna! So, I'm a bit partial ... but he has stunning looks!

Got yourself a good friend in that Sebastian!! And he has one in you.

Okay, its come to my attention that things have been misinterpreted, the breeder i got my glider from, raised him VERY well, and he is a very quiet, and nice little guy, and she has been with me for every step of all of this, including offering to help ( repaying the $75 for neutering ). She was in constant contact with me, and worried for him aswell. her services as a breeder, are great, and I would recommend her to anyone, as she was a VERY kind woman, and she raised a very good little boy for me, and I am grateful.

her choice in neutering. although it is an actual method, and whatnot, i feel was wrong. it may have worked out well other times, but, didnt this time. I feel if I had just had him neutered on my own, or had me and her discussed more in-depth just what was going on with the neutering, things might have gone MUCH more smoothly, and no problems would have arose. All-in-all, the breeder was exceptional, and kind, and I really do want to convey my thanks for all her support, and help, and i Hope you would all aswell.

I'm going to lay the blame of this entire issue at the feet of the neutering method, which has caused all the problems ive had so far, i watched it closely though, and everything is fine now, hes on pain meds, and going in to have everything fixed tomarrow, after hes finally all fixed up, and healthy, he will be a GREAT little friend because of the breeder! so again! thanks!

So, i figured i would update one last time and then let the thread fall into the depths lol.

Hes doing great not! His pom is all fixed, and hes 100% healed and doing good. Hes eating normally, playing like there is no tomorrow every night lol. Only difference is i guess the neuter mixed him up on when hes suppose to sleep, and when hes suppose to be awake, hes completely fliped it backwards, he wakes up with me at about 8 am, and goes back to sleep from 6-8 pm. other then that its all great.

i think hes sleep schedule is messed up mainly because my room 20 hours out of the day is as dark as night, he probably doesnt know when to sleep lol. im in the basement with light only coming in the window for 2-4 hours a day depending. After i move though i will have an upstairs room where light will be normal and hopfully everything will end up how it needs to be, plus by then he should have a cage mate.

anyway, i just figured one last update would be a good idea! I can now post freely in the other sections rather then worrying all day/night about his health laugh i thank everyone greatly for the help and information you provided! thanks again!
