http://lllreptile.com/store/catalog/rept...asic-reptarium/

That's the best price I've seen so far for those things. They have the 260 gallon one for $91.99. I was considering getting that one for my kids, but it's bigger than their regular cage!

If you look on e-bay, they have the 260 gallon rept for like $89, including shipping. Also, http://www.reptariumstore.com has great prices as well.

yes, you can use reptariums as perminant cages, as long as your gliders don't chew

Yes, these things are just great! I have been checking my rep (currently housing Sugi and his babes) every night, because he IS a chewer, and so far he is being a good boy!

I fully intend on looking into getting the biggest rep, which will be great for keeping the loves in when I am cleaning, or if they need to stretch their little palagiums, but I am not quite ready for their "out of cage time." Reps rock!

I have a reptarium as a full time cage and its great. I actually got it from the above mentioned website too lol. Whenever I'm in my room and theas on me she jumps from me to my bed straight to it so i know she likes it too. It seems like as soon as she sees it shes going for it.

I have a 260 gallon rep and it's great! My glider isn't a chewer so it's fine. The thing i have to complain about with mine is it's pretty fragile when it comes to cleaning... the pvc pipes are hollow and can snap easily

It says the 260 gallon one measures 2.5 ft.x2.5 ft.x5ft.10in. Is that right???? That is pretty huge! Do you think it would fit in my small 2 door car even when it lays flat?

I'm getting 2 more gliders (female) soon and have a large cage that I made that would stay here with me at school, but need something larger than the small cage I have now to keep at home in Chicago. The small cage I have now is perfect for one glider, but not 2 or 3.

Let me all know what you think about the reptariums. I would love some insight, and I may purchase one before I go home for Thanksgiving. Thanks! :o)

Reptariums are PVC pipes with a mesh cover. They totally snap appart and often times can fit into a laundry bag... I'm sure it will fit into your car

How big of a reptarium do I need to buy if I have 2-3 gliders??? The 260 gallon one looks a wee bit too big for my small bedroom here at home... Any advice?

I just wanted to thank crebma for this post. I have ordered a great travel reptarium from lllreptile.com for a great price and I'm so glad my suggies can travel with me now! I hope they ship quickly because I'm going out of town next week!

I'm getting another glider in sept, and was planning on just making one, but if i can get a BIGGER one for the same price, and not have to worry about my own [censored] assembly... maaaybbeeee....
I'm still a little suspicious of the mesh... it's honestly okay?! (plus i don't know whether the new glider is a chewer... eek!)i'm going to have to think about this for a bit...

just a note for fellow canadians: shipping to canada is $35, not $10 (on the 175 gal, anyway). but it's still cheaper than in stores!
