Well, the minimum cage size for one glider is 3 feet high and 18 in width, but I think you can put up to 2 gliders in a cage that size. I, personally, would put 2 wheels in for 2 gliders.

A bigger cage (in height)is always better!!!!

18*18*36 inch cage is for up to two gliders but I think that a cage at least 18*30*36 is even better or a reptarium both can be found on ebay for great values!

I say no, a cage can never be too big for the gliders. It can be too big for you to care for though. If you can care for it, get the gigantic one!

When considering a large cage, keep in mind how you are going to clean it. Do you take it outside to clean and if so, is there someone to help you if you can't carry it by yourself. If you live in a cold winter location, will you be able to clean it inside (in the bath tub or with a steam cleaner). As to the gliders, they LOVE having lots and lots of room to play. I have two built in cages that (one is 3'x 5'x 7' and the other is 3'x 3'x 7') I have the colony of 6 in the big one and a pair of girls in the smaller one. It is incredible to watch them jumping all over the cage. And with the colony, I don't do tent time. I just go in their cage with them! Steam cleaners are awesome for cages this size.

The more room the better. All of my other cages (which house either pairs or trios) the $89 ebay (or the 3 for deals) cages and seem just perfect to me. I can fit them in the bath tub and if necessary, I can move them by myself although it is easier if I have help.

Im not Dancing, but thought I would share my babies cages with you as well seeing as how you were wanting to see built in cages. Mine are floor to ceiling and I used the black pet screen material instead of the mesh wire. VERY easy to clean and the smell seems to hold more on the mesh wire than on the screening.

Cage one is 8' X 8' X 3-1/2'

I sure wish I could help you out with pics of the cages but honestly, they are to big (or the room is to small) for me to get full pictures of them. They are built like one very large (8 foot long) cage with a two inch divider seperating them into two seperate cages. The doors are 3'x7' (more or less).

I would absolutly loooove to have a cage that size! (the gilders, too, i'm sure!) but, being a student, I will be moving fairly often, and have to keep the gliders in my own room (as opposed to common spaces), which currently is quite small (about the size of some of the cages mentioned here! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> ). which means i need something more portable, and something i can fit in my room along with my bed and enough floor space for the dog... sigh. i guess i'll have to try to compensate with as much tent time as possible. I was thinking about 2X2X3 at most?
