Ok my sister gave me her ferrett cage it is 4 stories .. but the bars are too far apart to keep in my sugar glider so is there anything to line to cage with or should i just go and trade in for another one ??? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

I would go back and trade it in just because if you try to line it with something gliders are very inquisitive and if there is a weakness in the lining he WILL find it and pmost likely escape. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crying.gif" alt="" /> I would be safest and go and get a cage with bars 0.5 inches apart to keep your lil Tigger safe! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/littleglider.gif" alt="" /> Good Job asking first before trying this out, <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumb.gif" alt="" /> some haven't asked or havent listened to the warnings of others and have suffered some scary and sometimes devastating losses. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />

My friends have the same problem. They covered their cage with plexie glass, except for the front, which they put mesh over. It works really nicely for them because it keeps in the waste...

The mesh idea is a very nice one. I bought a reptarium made of mesh and it works out nicely. Machine-washable.
