haldo
I'm gonna start selling cages and accessories *well, hopefully accessories* and was wondering what some glider safe materials are? well..actually, ALL of the glider safe materials, and stuff not to use. not including what wood to/not to use, cuz right now I'm just going to be using apple tree wood *eh heh..* and I know that's safe.

I wouldn't use ebay. nuh uh, no ebay. I'll probably just take emails/pm's/IMs, asking for custom stuff.

I don't know of any glider safe paint. Wood toys can be colored with food coloring though.

oh, I was thinking of painting chains and rings, but I could maybe just find coloured ones n.n
I'll try it out, and see how many hits I get. if I don't get anything..then..I guess it's off to selling lemonade!

I make a ton of things for my girls here.. but I don't see selling them, though maybe eventually I'll sell some of the pouches on my website for my other business once we reactivate it post move so I can sell my handcrafts... I tend to think the toys aren't as likely to sell since they are so easy to make and so many other people are out there doing them! Amie

They sell colored chains at Lowes as well as Home Depot for pretty cheap. You can buy them by the feet. :o) Also, you may be able to find them at Wal-Mart but don't quote me on that. That's where I get my materials.
