wow... the pipes themselves? I'd imagine it a challenge, but not impossible ^^

I don't mean the whole cage, I just meant to use it for the frame.

I imagine it would not be hard at all... But then again, you can just buy a reptarium!
...actually...that's what I did and I regret it. A lot. I have no place to hook anything, so I use little wire twisties which are almost flipping impossible to take off and put back on every WEEK for cleaning. sheessssssshhhh.

Ya, I would get a reptarium but there are lots of things that are hard to do with that kind of cage like you said. But Ilike that they are lightweight and easier to move around. Also if I made a cage like that my gliders could have a much bigger cage than one that you could buy. Hopefully they are not so hard to make because I am not so good at building.

it wasn't hard to do, but one thing I am grateful for was the special order joints for the corners- I got 3 way ell's and 4 way ells for the corners so they actually form right angles....
so we have frame to attach to on each edge.. and since I ordered boxes of each of the special connectors I have them for the new babies cage, as well as for the glidarium DH is talking about building once we move... he figures a solid PVC frame with a door and we can take it apart easily enough if need be.. PVC that isn't glued together is easily seperable once the hardware cloth (or in the case of a glidarium screening) is removed!

PVC is really easy to work with depending on where you buy it, they may cut if for you and all you'll have to do is snap it together...
