I have heard of it. Its only VERY small amounts of apple cider vinegar once a month. Never tried it though.

I've heard of it, too, but I have never tried it either. For the longest time, I had mine totally on bottled water (until I read that most bottled water was just municipal tap water).

I use APPLE CIDER VINEGAR once a month and only for one night in their water bottles, but only a few small drops. I do notice that they have good poopies in the morning! After I'm done I just clean the bottle and give them fresh filter water as always. It does clean out the system a bit. It's what a lot of people who diet use to help "cleanse the body." lol

WOW! It is true, you learn something new every day! Charlie, thank you for todays lesson. Even after 7+ years of gliders, I love the fact that I am still learning! Awesome!

You are so right Dancing. Everytime I check in I learn something new and very seldom have to even ask a question. There is one question with this one though - If you are mixing this up for just one suggie, how long would the rest of the mix stay good in the frig?
