Im looking to by a resonably priced cage for suger gliders hopefully buying threw ebay or a business, it has to be at least 3' high, and powder coating I heard vinal is safe too, Pvc is ok but prefered powder coated, thanks for your time.

I read that if they are chewers and they continue to chew they cant get like metal or rust poisening but If its not poisenous then I guess itd be ok

They'd have to be some strong massive chewers to get through PVC. A lot of people use PVC frames for reptariums and other things and also a lot of people use PVC coated wire mesh for cages and have never had a problem. I wouldn't rule it out at all.
