If your under 18 you cant have more then 3 breeding females? Can you have 3 breeding females and a pet female?

I am just confused because I am under 18 and wanted to get more into breeding but it looks like I cant? any info?

...I don't think you can be USDA licensed if you are under 18. You have to be a legal adult.

You can get licensed under your parents' names I guess, but they would be the ones responsible for all the legality. If there's a problem, then it falls on their shoulders - most parents won't agree to that.

Please thing long and hard about getting into breeding as a teenager. Everyone considering it should really think about it, but especially at your age, because so much WILL change in the next few years. Make sure you are prepared for everything, including emergency vet visits in the middle of the night costing hundreds of dollars, and handfeeding - how will that work with school if you have a rejected joey?

thanks guys but Ive been breeding for awhile now. A couple years breeding both gliders and birds.

I just don't understand if their all being taken care of whats and healthy why does their have to be a certain age?

I think it's an issue of legality. Unless you are legally emancipated from your parents, you are still considered a minor.
