Sooo.. I just got to thinking.. Where do all of you glider slaves work, where they allow to bring along your gliders to work????
I'm a newborn photographer and work in the Mom and Newborn wing at a hospital.. so with all the sterile conditions and such that I encounter, I definitely CAN NOT bring mine with me.. but I was just curious as to where you all work? What do your bosses and co-workers have to say about your little fuzzbutts??

I work on an Air Force Base in an office. I am part of a group that does computer graphics and works on briefings.
Our new deputy loves all the wildlife i bring to work during rehab season and his kids don't have school tomorrow and he wants to bring them by to see something but all my squirrels are in outside cages already and I can't bring them in. i am going to bring one of the gliders instead. Probably Mira since she is so sweet but if I bring her mate he will crab all day long................

I am a full time vet tech student and take the gliders to all my classes except one. The only class I don't take them to is a 3 hour class from 6-9.

I work for a large communications company, but I'm at a computer all day, in my own little area, so no one ever knows when I have an 'assistant' for the day...

I was allowed to bring my boys in once, and I will probably never do it again. It was their first time coming to work with me so I should've expected some uproar from the new noises, but what I wasn't ready for was the constant crabbing the boys did. Every 20 minutes or so I would hear them crab because a phone rang too loud or someone was talking too loud. Ahhh! I know they are much more well behaved now then they were a couple of months ago, but I have been traumatized!! lol

Im a licensed insurance agent & we own the Insurance agency where I work, which is at a desk in my own office. I have 2 females & I alternate them each day. Bandit goes with me 1 day & my other baby the next day. I just carry them in my shirt pocket & they both like to come out a lot during the day. Bandit comes out when she needs to pody & I just hold her over my trash can & when she's done doing her business I give her a yogie treat & she crawls back in to my pocket. I haven't quite gotten the other one to do this so I take an extra shirt & a pouche with me every day just in case of an accident.

Well, Indie and Jaxom went with me for YEARS to my first job, I was a shipping/receiving administrative assistant for a software company and had a HUGE office all to myself. That was way back in 2000 thru 2006 and they were famous! Everyone would bring their kids over to say hi and feed them a treat, LOL. Everyone there just laughed and called me crazy, lol. Now I work for an equestrian architectural firm doing office administrative management and am at the front desk ALL DAY. So with Yoda man, no one really knows yet, I haven't really mentioned it and only bring him on days I know there are not going to be too many people in the office, and I usually only keep him here for half the day, cause he gets restless, but he is getting MUCH better, when he first started coming with me he wouldn't chill out.... and I have figured out that window pouches are BAD to bring to work cause he never settles down, he just wants to get out and see what I am doing, which is funny cause my other two LOVED watching me from the window pouches.... not Yoda he can't stand it, he wants to be part of the action! LOL But I am getting closer to them all finding out, now that I have been here a while I am less worried about it. Plus we are bring Sabre home from Anita at MySweetGliders.com tonight and he will start coming to work with me.... so my coworkers here I am sure will be calling me crazy too....

I work 3rd shift at a food distribution center, and deal with Semis all night long.
I could bring the gliders to work, because I work alone, and my boss has seen them and wouldn't mind. But the semis make a lot of noise, some of the drivers talk loudly, plus we have a big scale that makes a lot of noise when the semis drive over it, and we're right near a railroad track, and the phones ring a lot.
Plus I work 3rd shift when the gliders are most active so I just leave them at home with David, but I show everyone their pictures.

I work in an elementary school and take my babies all the time. My first girl would crab and crab at first. The kids thought it was my cell phone and would tell me to turn it off. I had her one day under my shirt and she started crawling around, the prinicpal saw it and thought I had some weird health problem.

I have to go to Chance's elementary school all the time(he's my child that can't stay focused long enough to remember to take his things to school with him) and always have babies with me. The ladies at the front desk know me (first name basis) and they play with them.

The boyfriend is a tattoo artist in Scottsdale. I hang out with him (he's teaching me) and the piercer LOVES to play with Fuzzy LOL! He like Hammy too. He'll even wear the pouch around the shop! He had Suggies before and misses his so I love to see the smile on his face when he gets to see them. The customers and other artists don't mind them either. ^-^

I have only taken them to one job. My nannying job. Milo was a huge hit with the kids and the mom.
Unfortunately, no one else in my life (family, friends, etc..) has ever liked my gliders. Can you believe that?? I must be around all crazy people!!!

My oldest son who is 23 doesn't like the gliders or the rabbits, just the dogs. Won't sleep in his room if there are baby wild critters in there either. The rest of my family loves them but one of my closest friends doesn't like them. They all just don't know what they are missing......
