We don't normally allow name changes but under special circumstances and with the approval of both Admins, sometimes we do.

Several years ago, we went through a period where people seemed to be changing their display names at the drop of a hat. They would register with one name, wake up the next morning and decide they didn't like it so would request a change.

Consequently, we had to stop letting people make name changes except under special circumstances.

Yeah, I dealt with that name for 2 years and finally couldnt take it anymore.

I was a complete newby when I registered. Had gotten my first suggie with the house we bought and had no idea or clue about sugar gliders. Didnt realize at the time how dumb having that name would be later. LOL

I'm suprised no one took bets on the side to see how long it would take for me to ask to have it changed. LOL
