I had taken them out for tent time as usual, for an hour and a half or so and put them back in their cage at around 12am. Then I couldn't sleep due to a raging headache, and decided to go get some medicine, came down stairs and checked on the babies, well, Cessna was bouncing around and running in her wheel as usual, but Piper was sleeping in his tunnel at 3:30am. Do sugar gliders take naps during the night?

Mine generally nap then wake up and run and play like crazy, it seems to me that if they are REALLY active for a few hours they go and re-charge for a while to play again. I really tend to think these little monsters do whatever they like! And i always let them... who an resist those little faces!

Mine seem to alternate between napping and playing all night long. Every night is a little different but my female seems to hunker down in her pouch a little earlier in the morning than her hubby and crabs for him to get to bed. I'm close enough to hear wheels and they seem to all take naps periodically throughout the night.

Mine are usually up between 8pm & 10pm for dinner and then go back to the pouch. I'm up alot at night, and usually only sleep for 2-3 hours at a time and find them awake and running around or asleep. There doesn't seem to be any set routine.
