I really want to stress the point that I am really impressed with the results I've recieved from my question. I'm not going to lie, I was afraid to ask at first because it is a touchy subject.
First let me apologize if my typing is a little off. I just got home from Carpal Tunnel surgery and typing one handed sucks.
Secondly, I hope that in no way did I offend anyone here. That was never my intent. I am a very naturalist kind of person -- or as much as I can e despite the fact that I own animals that previously were at one time wild.
My belief has always been to let nature take its course. Now, that doesn't mean that I dont believe in medical care, etc. What I mean, is if for example a mother were to reject her young, I would let nature take its course. I've alwats SAID that, but doing is a whole other story of my life.
I know that if I were to ever be in a situation where many of you have given, I know I couldn't sit idly by and do nothing. My heart is way too big. But, I have never been in the situations any of you have been in with your suggie-suggs, and I think that makes you so much stronger as a person for what you did.
I wish that someday I am as strong as you all have shown. And maybe I am and just dont know or realize it. Either way, you all are amazing for what you have done, and I hope to gain a little of that in my time as an owner (feel free to rub yourselves on me, I could use some awesomeness right now).
You all seroiusly rock. And I'm not here to blow smoke up your butts -- its not my nature. I always mean what I say.

I would try to save all joeys no matter why mom rejects. Now one step past that is breeding rejected joeys. If it is because mom couldn't make milk no big deal, I'd say safe to breed but what if mom tried to reject because she knows more than we do. The joey should be enjoyed as a pet for life. Not knowing why mom tried to reject said joey wouldn't want to pass on problems I was not aware of. KWIM
(that is probably a different post/thread tho huh)
