This is a question for anyone who has the 30 X 18 X 55 cage from ebay. I ziptied all the little feeder doors, but has anyone's gliders managed to lift up the 3 big doors, or are they too heavy?

It depends on your gliders. I use a small clasp on mine just to be safe. They are the little thumb clip key chain things. Other use plastic or wooden clothes pins to clip them shut. Better to be safe then sorry.

I thought about using some sort of clip on mine but I never got around to getting any and I haven't had any problems. To tell you the truth I sometimes have problems opening one of the doors.

I was actually thinking of buying that cage from Ebay....can your gliders squeeze thru the bars of that cage? My gliders are somewhat small, and I'm worried they could.

My Sabine is a small glider and she can't get through the bar spacing......
I have the 3 package deal........I love them, they are very roomy, I use the wooden clothes pins on the doors that I use.....the big door I have 2......on each, just in case and I also wire tied all the small doors on the bottom.
I also wire tied up the sides etc.....just wanted to make this cage a bit more secure.....wasn't taken any chances with my babies

I have these cages, Mine havn't so far opened them up. But I did have one accident. I some how got one side of the big doors unhenged and didn't noticed and I had a glider squeez out the corner. I found him - but it was still scarey. The big doors have a tendency to come off track - so watch that. Just a heads up!

You can take pliers and carefully tighten the bent wires on the doors to make it where they can't "jump the track".

With mine, the problem I ran into is the top of the big doors being pretty loose. (in the center of the door) This was solved by using a zip tie around two of the wires both on the door and the cage. I can still fully open the door but when closed, the zip tie holds the top of the door secure.

Good Morning! IF this is the cage which I have attached a pic of, I got it at Demsond Pet Depot(on Ebay)the 3 cage deal.....I really like the cage.....lots of room!
I have 2 cages set up right now, the third one is behind our couch lol We may move to a bigger house this spring if that is the case I will take 2 of them and make one!
I wire tied the corners, and along the top and the 4 bottom feeder doors......the cage is pretty secure without doing the sides etc.....BUT, I was not sure what this glider
was like that were going in there, and if she was an escape artist or not, so I was not taking chances They are pretty easy and quick to put up. I really like the cage and Sabine seems to also, and her joey just started coming out of their cage pouch to explore, and no crabbing from him yet about it, so it must be good!

Hope this helps!

So far I have no complaints, considering the size they are fairly easy to move around yes easy to clean, mine is very sturdy, that is another reason I put the wire ties on the corners and top, it just pulled it all together and made it much more secure I am sure that without them it would have been fine also, but, I just wanted to make absolute sure
I have it sitting on a desk beside my computer desk, which really puts it up high lol I have to stand on a step stool to get in the top door!
I have 3 of these cages, one with mom & joey in, one set up for the BB male I was suppose to get but it fell through and the 3rd one still in pieces lol hmmmmmm does this mean I need to get more gliders?!?!?!?!

Hope this helps!!!
