fleece is cheep and a simple pouch is very easy to make. Are you crafty. For toys got to thrift store and dollar stores anything that they can climb on really. I have found it impossible to glider proof my home so like many other people I got a tent.

First..check for any holes around the floors, electrical, anywhere they could get out. It doesn't have to be a big hole ..they can squeeze out of almost anything over 1/2 inch. Get the electric outlet plugs to plug every single outlet not in use, gliders have been electrocuted sticking their hands in outlets. Speakers, electronics..they can get inside of those too. If you have a waterbed..be extremely careful!! They can get under there to where you can't get to them and to the heater cord. If you have a regular bed, they can get up inside the mattress (box springs) If you can't find your glider in the room, don't sit anywhere (they can make themselves into a tiny bump in a blanket, sheet or pillow case) Check your windows to make sure they close properly and are covered so they don't glide into glass. Check the clearance under and OVER your door (we have a gap at the top of ours) to make sure it's a tight fit. NEVER leave a glider unattended for any reason! They can get into the strangest things! Good Luck! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

speaking of windows. i have a full length mirror on my door. if i'm going to get a glider i plan on hanging a sheet or something over the mirror if he's not in the cage...
mirrors are just another thought. and if you have any open water (fish tank for example) make sure it's covered incase he/she may fall

And keep the toilet shut.... even if the bathroom is far from your room, gliders are always amazing their humans by sneaking out of the room they were in just seconds before, even when hours went into making the room glider proof and escape proof. Their smart like that lol. And toilets are very dangerous for them cause they can't get out once they get in. *nods*
It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it.
The aim of education should be to teach us how to think rather than what to think.
The difference in involvement and commitment is like a ham omelet. The chicken was involved. The pig was committed.
