If she was human I'd say that's actually pretty common (from personal experience). In cases of thyroiditis the hormone levels will often bounce around over a long period of time - as a thyroid gland gets over stressed it often slowly shuts down (mine took about a year) and it will often produce less and less hormone over time.
Unfortunately, things don't always immediately stabilize, and the gland can heal partially or fully, permanently or temporarily, - so levels can bounce higher and lower over short or long periods - I've had years of fun with this - nothing like blood tests every few months to cure a fear of needles.

You may want to contact Jen (xfilefan). Since she has limited access to internet right now you will need to call her. Her phone number is in her signature I believe. She has had Riker on thyroid meds for a while now. She works the night shift so evening or early morning would be the best time.

Hi Kitty baran. Sugar glider suz also has a hypothyroid glider. I was dealing with this for a while fairly recently. Lab work is not cheap. Did your vet do a tsh, free t4, or t3 test on your glider. Suz's vet did a different test on her glider than my vet did. We are working off the tsh test for my glider. Let me know if this helps. I can share some info if they are running same test. If not, it is kind of like apples and oranges. Suz did send me her vets info and phone number. Her vet with consult with other vets regarding glider health issue. It has to be a vet that calls them though. I will send you the info.
