Has anyone out there tried this toy yet? If so, how do your gliders like it? Is it as good as it sounds? I think I`m going to get one tonight

I have one. I know that my gliders use it some, but its really hard to tell how much they're on it after I go to bed (their cage is in my room) cause it makes no sound at all...

Here we go... I have one of these, and none of my gliders has had the "gumption" to stay on it for very long - not until my "virile" BooBoo (who was showing his manliness the other evening to impress his family). He just went crazy on this thing! Here's the link to Terror! He - out of all of my 15 gliders - is the one who loves it! Incidently, my gliders DID love to sit on it (mounted differently) and eat their treats. So, for months, I had an expensive treat tray, lol. They LOVED un-tying the ribbons and eat Yogies on it. Silly gliders!

LOL, well if only one out of 15 gliders like it, maybe I should rethink this one.....
I thought it looked and sounded really great! Ya, $25 is a lot of money for a treat tray lol....
Thanks for letting me know , I was just filling out the form but I closed it out.

I just got one for my little guy because of the way he loves running really fast in his wheel and then grabbing onto the edge to ride along with it.
He loves it! It just arrived yesterday and it is already his favorite toy (next to his wheel of course). Last night he was wrestling with the ribbons, swinging on them, pouncing on the toy from above, and making it spin as fast as he could.
It was definitely worth the money for me. But if you're not sure your gliders are going to like it, that's a lot of money for a cage decoration.

wow Dani! That sounds fantastic! Now if I knew for sure my kiddos would enjoy it that much, I`d get it right away. I hope more people will come along that have them and let us all know if they`re worth the money. Like you said, that`s a lot of money for a cage decoration lol. I`ll have to give it more thought. Thanks for sharing!

Actually, it's probably my own fault, you see, there is a way to tighten the toy (you can control the spin speed) so they can play in it at a slower place. Guess I had just forgotten about that... hehe, it was spinning REALLY FAST until I remembered that I could tighten it. My little BooBoo is a "kamikaze" and he's just fearless. I'd chance it - if for nothing else than because the rest of my gliders were getting a real show, lol. He'd take off, fly off, then get back on again, it's the equivalent of "championship glider bull-riding"

I'm glad to hear different responses to this one because I was just about to ask about it too. I have one and I swear, I don't think my guys will play on it. Of course, my biggest question is, which way do you hang it? Do you hang it on the side to look like a wheel or do you hang it from the top of the cage to make it look like a cake??? I had it hanging from the top of the cage, but the gliders would sit on it and it didn't move, so I moved it to the side and they just jump around it. Any recommendations?? Thanks!! Maybe my guys will like it later in life.
