I was going to buy these toys.....are they safe? I think they are too cute, but was afraid that if the gliders are chewers they could get choked...any thoughts??? TOYS

Those are cute but I don't think they would be safe. They look like soft rubbery things and I would be afraid of them chewing and injesting parts of them. If they didn't choke, it could cause an internal blockage.

We buy a lot of things from there..but those, nope. They really are adorable but it's easy for me to break off a fringy thing on them..so I wouldn't let the gliders play with them <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

They are VERY easy to pull apart and the gliders would have no trouble pulling them apart and ingesting pieces of them. If you look at Oriental Trading Company, sometimes you can get stuff like that in hard plastic. It's a wholesale company so you can get a dozen of something for less than $5 in most cases. They sell all the little toys that the dollar stores carry for the most part.
