Hi in 1 of the BML mix's it says 1/2 a cup of apple juice/ honey baby cereal also 1/4 cup wheat germ. I want to get it right so does anyone know how many grams half a cup is and how many fluid ounces of apple juice that is? I don't have cups only big mugs!! and using them may be too much for the amount of vit powder and calcium powder if you know what I mean!!

8 oz is a cup I believe, correct me if I am wrong someone--so 4 oz would be half a cup!
A small spoon (silverware) is teaspoon and the larger spoon in a silverware set is a tablespoon. For the 1/4 cup, if you have a coffee cup, about a centimeter or so under the brim is suppose to be a cup, so just fill a regular coffee cup 1/4 of the way full...and voila! Trust me, these measurements are fine!! Hope this helps!

if you look on the internet I'm sure you will be able to find a conversion chart or two.
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid sideways, chocolate in one hand, martini in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming WOOOO HOOOO, WHAT A RIDE!!!
