We will be making a change to our rules later this evening/tomorrow. This is being done now that the CBB is running. Users will have to agree to these rules after I make the change, by checking you read and agree. If one wants to use GC they will need to accept these rules. If one chooses they want to use GC but does not want the new rules applied to them, please let me know and we will remove privileges to the classifieds and you may continue.

If you do not agree to these and currently have an add, please let us know by pm and we will remove the ad(s) and classified privileges. Here is what the new disclaimer will read in regards of the classifieds.

You have also waived your rights and are allowing your information to be used by the CBB if the complaint is found to be warranted [all warranted claims causing any party or parties to be listed on the CBB MAY also be transferred to a listing on the individual Buyer Beware list(s) of GliderCENTRAL].

Non-warranted claims may NOT be transferred to any other site’s buyer beware list; however, a separate claim may STILL be made against you on a(n) individual site(s) (said claim will require submittal of all information because information submitted to the CBB may not used or transferred for use in claims on individual sites).

Does this mean that people currently on GC's Buyer Beware list who did NOT go through the processes according to CBB will be removed from the GC Buyer Beware list?

Will the names on GC be automatically added to CBB - that was more my question.

Have some more questions. If this is part of the "Community coming together" thing, why is there a need for individual BB lists on each forum?

Wouldn't a community-wide and maintained list represent each of the individual forums.
