I need to konw if glider can have the spices Like allspice and nutmeg the items in question are found in the lowfat yogurt the Publix put out call creamyblends, and they only come out round the hollydays. we like to give them specal stuff for the holydays. Thank you in advance.

Gliders cannot have spices. Only unspiced yogurt, and avoid any with artificial sweeteners. It could make your little one have one heck of a tummy ache...they just weren't built to tolerate them. HTH

Also, make sure the yogurt you give them doesn't have aspartame (sweetener) in them. Give the ones with active cultures and real sugar even if that means you have to do what I do and buy separate yogurt for you and the gliders.

I buy the Dannon Yogurt, not low fat, sweetened or anything. I can then add a little dollop occasionally of Hawaiin Delight or Fruit Medley (baby food), about 1/8th tsp.

Sometimes, I get the Breyer's mixed fruit yogurt with the fruit on the bottom. This way I can control the amount of sugary stuff that mixes with the yogurt.
