this question might fall a little under behavior, but it also has to do with a toy, so I decided to put it here...

I have a set of five plastic rings that are linked and hang from the top of my glider's cage. The rings themselves are smooth and safe, but I wonder if they might not be good for him. He is constantly trying to put them on his tail like the loose rings he has and bring it into his corner pouch, where he sleeps. I wonder if it might be bad because he gets frustrated that he can't succeed in bringing them in, or whether it is good, active playing...any ideas? thanks

It is fine that they are hanging there!! I think it is funny to watch them when they get something in their little minds and than cant get it!! They just dont give up. Unless there is a way for him to get tangled or injure himself, I would just leave them where they are and let him figure out what he is going to be able to do.

If you want to know what a person is like, watch how he treats others.

You'll never know what the outcome is if you don't step up and try.
