Do sugar gliders sweat? - 08/17/10 05:48 AM
I think so. Many times on a very hot day, have peaked down at Arwen in my "bosom" and she would be damp. and she would smell extra sweet (yes S-W-E-E-T!)
does anyone else think they sweat? and smell sweet when they do?
LOL

Most likely that sweat is from your bosom... not the gliders. LOL

I am not sure if they sweat or not. Even if it's your sweat, then I am sure that moisture would make her smell stronger.

So they can only sweat from their hand and foot pads...interesting.

Good to know! Thanks for that.
Maybe it's a combination of her sweaty hands and condensation from her respiration in an enclosed space? Sweet smelling fruity suggie breath! Maybe you just need to get a fan going in there!
