USDA licensing for Indiana..Help Please!

Hello everyone,i am trying to find out how to get a USDA license for the state of Indiana?? I have went straight to the site yet the more i look the more confused it get?? I'd really appreciate any help anyone could give me!!! Thank you and have a great day!!! Syndi

How many gliders do you have (and how many males/females)? You only need a license if you have more than 3 females and 1 intact male. And good luck on getting the packet, they're seriously backed up, when I called they told me it could be 6 months before I even get my packet
